Orders placed on soolaces.com are processed Monday–Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm PST and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on soolaces.com.

Orders must be returned by mail only.

Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging.

Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Soo Laces products not purchased from soolaces.com.

All returns will incur a re-stock fee as well as the customer’s responsibility for return shipping costs

soolaces.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
